When COI needed to create a vital new form for the Armed Services, we were able to help their team meet a challenging brief.

The Tri-service form brings together applications for the Navy, RAF and Army. It can be downloaded from the web, and the applicant may not have any external help when filling it in – so it must be extremely clear and accessible. This is a tall order, as the form records a wide range of information, and may be filled in by people as young as 16.

We worked with the COI team throughout, advising on structure, design and writing.
